1. Who We Are

This platform is operated by JPL Tournaments WLL (Commercial Registration No. 184821-1), trading as JPL Bahrain ("JPL", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, registering a player, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create and hold an account. Children take part only through the account of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account, and you agree to provide accurate and current information.

3. The Service

The platform provides youth football league and tournament management for players aged 7–18, including registration, team and academy management, coach and referee accreditation, fixtures, and league administration. We may add, change, or withdraw features at any time.

4. Academy, Coach & Referee Responsibilities

Academies, coaches, and referees are responsible for the accuracy of their rosters and records, for holding valid and current accreditation where required, and for complying with our Safeguarding Policy and all applicable Bahrain Football Association rules at all times.

5. Fees & Payments

Registration, participation, and related fees are charged in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Tap Payments. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm any payment. You are responsible for any charges levied by your own bank or card issuer.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before making a payment.

7. Safeguarding & Child Protection

Protecting children is central to how JPL operates. Adults must never contact or message players under 18 directly through the platform. All communication concerning a player under 18 is routed through their parent or guardian. Any conduct that endangers a child, or any breach of our Safeguarding Policy, will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• harass, abuse, or endanger any other user, in particular any child;
• upload false, misleading, or unlawful information;
• attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform.

9. Data Protection

We handle personal data — including children's data — in line with the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). How we collect, use, and protect your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, code, and content belong to JPL or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission, except for content you yourself have submitted.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on trusted third-party services (including payment processing and hosting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, that poses a safeguarding risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
